An original production cel from the 1991 Academy Wards presentation for Best Animated Short Film. Featuring Woody Woodpecker, the production cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in Woody's presentation of the award. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall and with the character image measuring 8"x9.5", the production cel is in fine condition with minimal line wear.
